Hey, I'm Mark C., from
Columbus, GA. I am
currently getting
started with a new
aquarium. It's a 100
gallon and I have had it
running about 1 month
now, currently I have an
Albino tiger Oscar, a
little more than 4", a
Texas Cichlid, a little
more than 3", and a
Pacu, about 3".
I am interested in
getting a Clown
Knifefish, because I
think they look so cool.
Well my question is, is
my Oscar going to leave
the clown knife alone? I
have read that you can
keep them with Oscars
and I have read that you
cannot. I put the Oscar
and the Texas Cichlid in
the aquarium at about
the same time and they
get a long ok, I put the
Pacu in the aquarium
about 2 weeks after and
the Oscar still chases
it.
I was just wondering if
I get a clown knife if
you thought the Oscar
would probably kill it?
I am playing on
upgrading to probably a
250 gallon tank in about
3 months, so that should
plenty of room for all
the fish. If I get the
clown knife, it will be
the last fish I put in
there. Please let me
know what you think.
Thank you very much for
your time.
