Steve's Aquarium
San Diego Tropical Fish Society's Annual Show.
Each year during the first weekend of November the San Diego Tropical Fish Society has it's annual aquarium show in Balboa Park. This year there were about 60-aquariums with a wide variety of sizes, decorations, and fish. In the video, shown above, you can see Steve's incredibly beautiful 29-gallon planted aquarium with two Discus Fish, some huge Cardinal Tetras, Rummy Nose Tetras, one Panda Cory Catfish, one Gold Tetra, and one Pencil Fish, all from the Amazon Rain Forest.
Later we got an Email from Robert in NJ that says ...
I just what to point out a couple of things about the tank video from last week’s show. Panda Cory’s will not last in the temperatures that discus need and need to be kept in groups of six or more. I just what to point that out for any newbies out there who would not know that it was a temporary tank to show off fish. Your friend, Robert In NJ
