A New Video from Tom's Angelfish Aquarium
The video that's shown just above was taken this week, and in it you can see two Rainbow Sharks quarrelling. You can also see several Serpae Tetras swimming above the Sharks. As usual Tom and Nevin will talk about this aquarium and these fish at the beginning of this show.
"Hey Tom and Nevin, Here's a pic of one of my ABN's busy at work. That's a drain tube that was covered in that thick algae only the day before. By the time I finished messing around with my camera, he had almost the whole thing cleaned. For size reference, that's a 1 1/4" PVC tube going up into a 1 1/4" tee, so he's a small male ABN. Also, you won't believe where he came from. Wal-Mart! The store I where I found him (and 5 others) was using a newer Marineland MARS system that used really good LED lighting and had a PICTURE of gravel on the bottoms of the tanks. After spending a couple months in quarantine, during which one of them died, they were moved over to my angelfish system and put to work as my janitorial crew. When he's not eating algae, he sure loves the Xtreme pellets that fall to the bottom. Hope to talk to you again soon! Jay from Indiana."
