Moorish Idol in a Large Saltwater Aquarium
This is one of the most stunningly beautiful fish in the world! It can grow to about 9". But it's difficult to keep in an aquarium, so only experts should try. It can be a picky eater and requires an aquarium with at least 100-gallons. But the one shown in this video is doing very well and eating a wide variety of foods. You are welcome to call during any Pet Fish Talk Show to discuss this fish or any other fishy topic with Tom and Nevin.

Fish in the News from Robert in New Jersey
Hi Tom & Nevin, here is some vindication for us aquarists, a new episode of River Monsters, "Snakeheads". Florida officials do not believe snakeheads were released by an aquarist but were intentionally released by someone who wanted to raise them locally for the Asian trade that prizes the Snakehead for its healing properties that they believe that the fish has. You can watch this episode on Wednesday, May 5th, on Animal Planet. Your Friend, Robert in NJ
