Callers during this Show ;^ }
Jim in Coral Gables, Florida, called and left an interesting question on the answering machine, "How do can he remove white mineral deposits from an old glass aquarium?" Tom and Nevin had a lot to say about that. ;^ }
Jennifer in Florida calls and talks her new Angelfish, about fish gene mutations, about The Tampa Bay Aquarium Society, about her new Bolivian Ram Cichlids, and about lots of other fishy stuff! . ;^ }
Gareth in Sheffield, UK, calls and talks his Cory Catfish, about mail ordering some Killifish eggs from Malta, and then about his Plecos, which include a 12" long common Trinidad Pleco, that will grow to be much bigger, a 5" long Snowball Pleco that may grow 1" or 2" longer, about his bright yellow Sunshine Pleco, which is sometimes called a Goldie Pleco, about his L333 King Tiger Pleco., and about his his Blue Phantom Pleco, which died a while ago. There are lots of Plecostomus species, and Gareth says Plecos have varying dietary needs, and they also need very fresh well oxygenated water, because they naturally live in that type of water. All very interesting !! ;^ }
